A French curry, this Vadouvan from Central Provisions combines sweet + spicy notes similar to Indian curries. Using fried garlic and shallots to provide a delicious maillard reaction (the delicious aromas and flavors that come about when you cook something) before you even cook with it at home, we cannot get enough of this delicious, unique blend. Great in marinades, beef, lamb, and rice dishes.
