Pickling Spice Blend

Our Pickling Spice combines perfectly with vinegar in making pickles and preserving fruits and vegetables. Our mix can be added directly or put in a cheesecloth bag for later removal. Pickle jalapenos to add to a turkey hoagie or pickle red cabbage to make a delicious coleslaw! We recommend about 1 tablespoon of pickling spice for every pound of vegetables.
