Paella Seasoning

This seasoning blend is all you need to create authentic paella flavors for your home cooked paella.  Our combination of two types of paprika, herbs and spices and, of course, saffron provide deep and complex flavors.  Use it as the base for your paella cooked outside on the grill or on a weeknight in your kitchen.  Also blend it with rice or mix into hummus to get that same rich Spanish flavor.
