Dukkah Spice Blend

Dukkah, a very popular Egyptian spice mix, has a very pleasant, nutty flavor. Use it as a spread on a rack of lamb to be roasted or sprinkle it on flatbread with olive oil and cook until crispy. It is now popular to serve Dukkah with Middle Eastern bread and olive oil, dipping the bread in the olive oil first. You can also fold Dukkah into your favorite hummus or dip, sprinkle over feta cheese, or scatter it on your fried eggs in the morning.
